Chesapeake Bay Steel (CBSI) was founded in 1962.

 

In 2000, CBSI secured the contract for the Old Dominion Convocation Center, a landmark project notable for its impressive size, scale, and complexity. This monumental achievement truly established Chesapeake Bay Steel as a leading force in the industry. Following this success, we began to receive inquiries from clients seeking our expertise for challenging projects that others were hesitant to undertake.

CBSI primarily works with General Contractors and has earned a reputation for tackling project challenges with a proactive approach. We value and foster long-term relationships with all our clients.

In 2022, Regina Sergiyenko acquired the business, and today, CBSI is staffed by a skilled team committed to delivering your project efficiently and professionally. We take pride in our dedicated Steel Erection specialists and Project Managers focused on ensuring the success of every job.
